| I feel that shortcuts may be the problem. Maybe four years ago I had new tires put on the van. When I drove out the lug nuts were not tight and the front wheels woobled. Judy was there and had George tighten them. Nata will not use your shop because of the sparkplugs on the Mercedes a couple years ago.Rich I trust and want to use General Auto. Bill Treise |

| She said it stalled turning a corner this week, I've told her to call you and get it back in. She struggling with that because she doesn't think the car is worth spending any more on, but it's the only choice she has, so she needs to get it to you. Her # 407-462-6617 |

| Friendly service but took way too long for an oil change. I had a 9am appt and finally left at 11am after I asked what was taking so long. I also wasn't informed how much the tire rotation would be. |

| Discrepancy re: the estimate could have been handled better |

| My car is still overheating like it did before I brought it in. I don't have the money to fix anything else and I can't get the time off work to take it back. If this car quits on me I will probably be looking for another job |

| Shop Comment marc sorry for the inconvenience, but as i explained to you we had to replace the leaking a/c hose first because an a/c system low on freon would have the same symptons and that the hose might not be the only problem. I wish you would reconsider the one star rating you gave us. Thanks Rich |
